We provide consultancy to assist with designing and implementing ‘learning and development’ programs. Whilst this can include LLND, we have expertise in providing expert guidance in developing targeted training support for broader skills too.
From advancing problem-solving skills to improving communication within existing teams, or providing job application support for those seeking employment, we can design programs that meet your needs.
By assessing your objectives and the competencies of potential learners, we advise on what additional resources and support are required to advance their skills.
LLND Skills
We deliver targeted skills that support the reading, writing, numerical and digital competencies of adults. Our experience spans a broad range of groups and learners. This includes upskilling existing employees, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities, job seekers as well as non-English speaking immigrants.
Enablement through Learning
Centacare FNQ is a social services agency working with the community to deliver and support the needs of residents in the region.
As an organisation, Centacare FNQ focuses on community wellbeing in the broadest sense, not only within the immediate Cairns area but also across the whole of the Far North Queensland region. Centacare FNQ strives to maintain its commitment to support and assist people living within the Far North Queensland community who are most in need.
